These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 2026ph4 ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing all access to and use of the services, games, and features offered through the 2026ph4 website and mobile application at 2026ph4.club (the "Platform").

By accessing or using the 2026ph4 Platform in any manner — including browsing the website, registering an account, depositing funds, or placing any wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the 2026ph4 Platform. 2026ph4 reserves the right to update, amend, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version will always be published on this page with the effective date clearly indicated.

To register and use 2026ph4, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required under applicable Philippine gaming regulations for real-money online casino participation.
• You are a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You are not a resident of, or physically located in, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.

• You have not previously been excluded from the 2026ph4 Platform through self-exclusion or operator-initiated suspension.

Each eligible individual may register one (1) account only on the 2026ph4 Platform. Multiple accounts per player are strictly prohibited, regardless of whether different email addresses, mobile numbers, or payment methods are used.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your legal name, a valid Philippine mobile number, and your date of birth. You further agree to promptly update your account information if any details change. 2026ph4 is not liable for any issues arising from inaccurate or outdated account information provided by the user.

2026ph4 is required under applicable Philippine regulations to verify the identity of its players. You agree to submit valid government-issued Philippine identification (such as PhilSys ID, UMID, Driver's License, or Passport) upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in restrictions on withdrawals and may lead to account suspension.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. 2026ph4 staff will never ask for your password or OTP code. You must notify 2026ph4 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

All deposits to 2026ph4 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). The Platform accepts deposits via the following methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, Cliqq (7-Eleven), USDT, and Coins.ph.

• Minimum deposit amount: ₱100 for GCash and Maya; ₱200 for bank transfer methods.
• Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your 2026ph4 balance instantly upon successful payment confirmation.
• Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 5–60 minutes to reflect depending on network conditions.
• 2026ph4 does not charge processing fees on standard deposits. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are your responsibility.
• Deposited funds may only be used for wagering on 2026ph4. Funds deposited in error are subject to a review process before any refund may be issued.
• 2026ph4 reserves the right to reject or reverse deposits that appear to be fraudulent, associated with prohibited activities, or in violation of these Terms.

You may request a withdrawal of your available real-money balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out below. Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, or to a verified account in your name.

• Minimum withdrawal: ₱200 for GCash and Maya.
• Standard GCash and Maya withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes of approval for KYC-verified accounts.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside business processing hours may take longer. All requests are reviewed within 24 hours.
• 2026ph4 reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals above threshold amounts as required by Philippine regulations.
• Withdrawal of bonus funds is subject to the wagering requirements of the applicable promotion. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• Accounts that have not completed KYC verification may have withdrawals delayed until verification is completed to the Platform's satisfaction.

2026ph4 offers promotional bonuses to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms associated with individual promotions:

• Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the registration process and, where required, KYC verification.
• Each bonus offer specifies a wagering requirement (also called a "playthrough requirement") that must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20×).
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slot titles may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are disclosed in each promotion's terms.
• Bonuses expire if the wagering requirement is not completed within the timeframe specified in the offer. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings are forfeited.

• Any attempt to abuse promotional offers — including but not limited to bonus arbitrage, matched betting with bonus funds, collusion, or use of multiple accounts — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and may result in account suspension.

All games offered on 2026ph4 use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems that have been independently audited and verified to produce fair, unpredictable outcomes. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages for slot games and house edge information for table games reflect the certified figures provided by the respective game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnect, or error during gameplay, 2026ph4 will investigate the incident using server-side logs. Where a malfunction voids a wager, the stake will be returned to your balance. 2026ph4's decision on technical disputes is final, subject to applicable regulatory oversight.

You acknowledge that you participate in all games voluntarily and accept the applicable rules and odds of each game as presented. Past game results do not influence future outcomes.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 2026ph4 Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant Philippine authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games or the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, fraud, money laundering, or other illegal financial activity through the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities for financial gain. Any winnings derived from exploiting such errors will be voided.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software or security systems.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration, KYC verification, or any support interaction.
• Using 2026ph4 for any purpose other than personal, recreational gaming.

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any other person, including individuals claiming to represent 2026ph4 customer support. 2026ph4 staff will never ask for your password or OTP.

You agree to notify 2026ph4 immediately via live chat if you suspect unauthorized access to your account or believe your credentials have been compromised. 2026ph4 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to maintain credential security.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) via SMS OTP is available and strongly recommended for all 2026ph4 accounts. Enabling 2FA significantly reduces the risk of unauthorized account access.

2026ph4 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to player welfare seriously. The Platform provides the following tools to support responsible gaming practices:

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the 2026ph4 Platform without express written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2026ph4 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or interruption of service.

2026ph4's aggregate liability to any player in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

2026ph4 does not warrant that the Platform will be available without interruption, error-free, or free from technical defects. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.

2026ph4 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice where:

• The player has violated any provision of these Terms.
• The player has provided false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• The account is suspected of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of promotional offers.
• The player is found to be under the age of 21 years.
• The player's account is the subject of a regulatory investigation or court order.
• Continued operation of the account poses a risk to the security, integrity, or reputation of the 2026ph4 Platform.

Upon suspension or termination for cause, 2026ph4 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where no violation is substantiated, the verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

2026ph4 may amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify registered players via email or in-platform notification. Your continued use of the 2026ph4 Platform after the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not accept any amendment to the Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request withdrawal of your available balance subject to these Terms.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

2026ph4 operates in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations. Where a conflict arises between these Terms and applicable law, the relevant law shall prevail to the extent necessary.
